Planning & Zoning Meeting
December 9, 2008
 
Chair Loewen opened the Planning meeting at 7:03 p.m.   He called for any changes or additions to the minutes.  With none Supervisor Wicker/Chuck Froehling made a motion to approve the minutes as presented.  Motion carried. 
 
Old Business: Supervisor Unterberger was asked about the meeting at the county concerning the county having final say in issuing permits.  Unterberger explained that it really did not pertain to Maine Prairie, issuing permits will not change we will continue to issue our own Conditional Use and Interim Use permits.     
 
Chair Loewen called for new business:  With none, Loewen called for permits.

Supervisors Wicker/Unterberger made a motion to approve the permits presented, motion carried.
