Planning & Zoning Meeting
February 12, 2008
Chair Wicker opened the Planning meeting at 7:25 p.m. He called for any
changes or additions to the
Minutes of January 8, 2008. Supervisors Unterberger/Loewen made a motion to
accept the minutes as presented. Motion carried.
Old Business: Clerk Harff presented a denial from Stearns County Environmental Services for a septic holding tank for Mattias Jordon. The reasoning was there was room for a drain field on the property.
New business: Clerk Harff received a call from Ted Flesner wanting information on what kind of permit he would need to hold a Christian Concert on his 133 acre property. She directed him to the county.
A permit was presented to the board for approval.

Supervisors Loewen/Wicker made a motion to approve the permit. Motion carried.
Supervisors Loewen/Wicker made a motion to adjourn the Planning and
Zoning meeting. Motion carried.
