Planning & Zoning Meeting
April 13, 2010
 
Chair Wicker opened the Planning meeting at 7:05 p.m.   He called for any changes or additions to the minutes.  A correction on Frischmann’s name was noted.  Supervisor Loewen/Chuck Froehling made a motion to approve the corrected minutes.  Motion carried. 
 
Old business called for: With none, new business was called for.
 
Duane Fruth came forward to discuss E. Shore Drive by the Loesch Lots.  Fruth is interested in purchasing a piece of property that has a road running through it.  Fruth also would like to build a shed right where the platted road is supposed to be.  The option is to vacate the road or he would need to get a road variance to put the shed in the platted road.  Fruth stated that he is having a survey done.  The board suggested that he come back to the board with a survey.
 
Permits were presented:  Supervisor Kuechle/Loewen made a motion to accept the permits.  Motion carried. 
 
Supervisors Loewen/Wicker made a motion to adjourn.  Motion carried
