Planning & Zoning Meeting
October 13, 2009
 
Chair Wicker opened the Planning meeting at 7:05 p.m.   He called for any changes or additions to the minutes.  With none Supervisor Chuck Froehling/Loewen made a motion to approve the minutes as presented.  Motion carried. 
 
Old Business:  Playground Equipment on East Shore Drive – Pearl Lake; is in compliance according to the county regulations.  After Wicker viewed it he does feel it is very large and might impede the neighbor’s view of the lake but since it is in compliance, nothing more can be done to have it moved. 
 
Gravel Pit permits –  Loewen will check with the county on pit sizes. 
 
No New Business
 
Permits were presented.  Supervisors Unterberger/Froehling made a motion to accept the permits.

Supervisors Wicker/Unterberger made a motion to adjourn the Planning & Zoning meeting.  Motion carried.
