Planning & Zoning Meeting
July 12, 2011
 
Chair Loewen opened the Planning meeting at 7:05 p.m.  He called for any corrections or additions to the minutes.  With no changes, Supervisors Loewen/Wicker made a motion to approve the minutes.  Motion carried.
 
Old Business:  Jody Mackereth came before the board requesting the application for a mining permit.  Clerk Harff gave him the application and explained that the hearing would be on August 9th at 7:15 p.m.  He stated he would send it back with the application fee.  The board requested the clerk get a map with Shoreland Design to show where the mining could take place.    
 
Roger & Sandra Collins letter was reviewed and the board instructed Clerk Harff to send it.  It was requesting the Collin’s come into the next meeting. 
 
With no other old business, new business was called for.  Supervisor Wicker received a call from Gordy Massmann wanting to know if he needed a permit to pour a cement slab for feed bales.  It was explained he does so Wicker will speak with him.
 
With no other business, permits were called for.

Supervisors Kuechle/Wicker made a motion to approve the permits.  Motion carried.
 
Supervisor Wicker/Loewen made a motion to adjourn.  Motion carried.
