April 12, 2016
Planning and Zoning meeting opened at 7:00 p.m.
Motion by Zoning Administrator Froehling/Supervisor Kuechle to approve March 2, 2016 Planning and Zoning meeting minutes with correction changing R-80 Zoning District to A-80 Zoning District. All in favor, motion passed.
New Business
Bruce Fischer – Land Split: Bruce Fischer was present to request approval to split 52 acres off his farm in the A-80 zoning district. Motion by Supervisors Loewen/Kuechle to issue a Certificate of Compliance to Mr. Fischer for this split. All in favor, motion carried.
Zoning Administrator Froehling presented three (3) permits for approval as follows:

| Ken Barthel | 40’ X 64’ Pole Shed w/ 16’ Sidewalls | $50.00 |
| Tim Eich | 32’ X 38’ Pole Shed w/13’ Sidewalls | $50.00 |
Motion by Supervisors Kuechle/Zoning Administrator Froehling to approve permits as presented. All in favor, motion carried.
There were no County permits for review.
There being no further business, Motion by Supervisors Loewen/Kuechle to adjourn Planning and Zoning at 7:05 p.m. and reconvene to Board meeting. All in favor, motion carried.
