March 2, 2016
Order of Business changed to open Board meeting at 7:00 p.m. to accommodate Auditor Manager, Caroline Stutsman, CPA.
Planning and Zoning meeting opened at 7:20 p.m.
Motion by Supervisor Wicker/Zoning Administrator Froehling to approve February 9, 2016 Planning and Zoning meeting minutes. All in favor, motion passed.
New Business:
Randy Meierhofer – Certificate of Compliance: Randy Meierhofer was present to request approval to split 10 acres off a 29.14 acre parcel in the A-80 Zoning District. (Parcel I.D. 20.11588.000 and 20.11702.000), owned by Randy Meierhofer. Motion by Supervisor Wicker/Zoning Administrator Froehling to issue a Certificate of Compliance to Mr. Meierhofer for this split. All in favor, motion carried.
Zoning Administrator Froehling presented six (6) permits for approval as follows:

| Mackereth Excavating | Gravel Pit Renewal | $50.00 |
Motion by Supervisors Loewen/Wicker to approve permits as presented. All in favor, motion carried.
There were no County permits for review.
There being no further business, Motion by Supervisor Loewen/Supervisor Wicker to adjourn Planning and Zoning at 7:40 p.m. and reconvene to Board meeting. All in favor, motion carried.
