Trash Recycling

Many calls come to the township concerning garbage pickup. Maine Prairie Township does not have trash or recycling pick up. It is the responsibility of home owners to contract for their own garbage pickup. Watch for the Kimball waste pick up in the Tri County News for hazard material. The township encourages each resident to recycle for environmental protection. Check the yellow pages for recycling and trash pickup companies.
